Energizers are experiential activities that help get any event off to a great start by creating a fun experience and setting the stage for high energy and productivity. Initiatives provide an interactive approach for introducing event content and the context for further development. Energizers and Initiatives are designed around the specific needs of your event and can be facilitated for any size group.

Team Adventures

Team Adventures are centered on a number of different customized challenges. These experiences focus on bringing teams together through a common experience that is designed to create opportunities for defining moments both personally and professionally.

  High Performing Team Adventures

High Performing Team Adventures utilize a number of different challenges that can range from orienteering excursions, boat building, bridge and tower construction, ravine crossing, to team sailing adventures. These programs help organizations discover what it takes to build and maintain high performance teams.

 SERVE Leadership Adventure

Our SERVE Leadership Adventure is based on a leadership model developed and used by Chick-fil-A. With permission from Chick-fil-A, Strategic Adventures has incorporated the SERVE model into an experiential design that helps participants uncover the secret of what great leaders do . . . . great leaders SERVE.

 Challenge Course Programs

Our Challenge Course Programs create experiences that utilize a more traditional approach to teambuilding while sequentially building group trust and performance throughout the experience. These programs help teams and individuals stretch beyond their comfort zones to discover new learning about themselves and how to effectively work together as a team. Our Development and Training programs can also be incorporated into any Challenge Course Adventure.
