OUR APPROACH
Experiential
Learning
Our
services use experiential learning to create an environment for
learning, growing and changing that helps organizations maximize
potential. Experiential learning is simply learning by doing. This
is accomplished by designing and facilitating fun and adventurous
activities at varying levels of intensity based on each organizations
needs, goals, and objectives. These experiences are then used as
metaphors for learning.
Experiential
Learning Process
The
experiential learning process begins with each experience and
is explored by making observations about what happened and reflections on
what it means. This continues throughout the experience making
new applications from one activity to the next. The process
culminates with the opportunity for everyone to discuss what has
been learned and make applications to their organization.
